What affiliates get: offers and links, sub id reporting, their own postbacks, earnings, payments and referrals, scoped to them alone.
The affiliate portal is where your affiliates do their own work: find offers, take links, wire up their tracker, watch their numbers, and see what they have been paid. It exists so that the routine parts of running an affiliate relationship stop being support tickets. Everything in it is hard-scoped to the signed-in affiliate - the scope is applied inside the queries, not by a filter on a page - so no affiliate can ever see another affiliate's traffic, links, or earnings, whatever they do with the controls in front of them.
Find Offers lists the public offers an affiliate is not already running, with the payout, the type, and the advertiser shown up front so they can judge whether it is worth asking for. Offers whose advertiser or upstream party has been deactivated drop off that list automatically, so an affiliate is never shown something they cannot actually run.
My Offers is the read-only detail view for the offers they have: offer type, advertiser, payout price or percentage, currency, start date, and approval status shown plainly as pending, approved, or not approved. That last one matters more than it sounds. An affiliate who can see their own approval status stops emailing to ask about it.
Each offer in My Offers comes with a ready-to-use encrypted tracking link, already built. Alongside it, every creative the advertiser supplied - email, banner, text link, pop up, pop under, video - carries its own copyable link, so a click attributes to the exact asset that was placed rather than just to the offer. Affiliates never assemble a URL by hand, which removes the single most common cause of an integration that silently tracks nothing. See tracking links and creatives.
Affiliates append their own sub id parameters - s1 through s5, plus any named segments the offer defines - and get them back two ways: broken out in their reports and substituted into their postbacks. The portal reports cover clicks and uniques, conversions by lifecycle status, performance with conversion rate and EPC, and the sub id breakdown, filterable by date range, offer, and status. The money column is payout, their earnings, and EPC is payout per click; network revenue and margin are never bound to a column here, so they are neither shown nor exported. Dashboard reports can be scheduled and emailed. See reporting and sub id tracking.
Affiliates add and edit their own server-to-server postback URLs in the portal - global across everything they run or scoped to one offer - and choose which event fires them: conversion recorded, approved, or reversed. Macros fill in click id, payout, revenue, status, order details, and every sub id they sent. Delivery is queued and retried, so a brief outage on their side does not lose the notification. See affiliate postbacks.
Bills and the payments made against them live in the portal, so what an affiliate has earned and what has actually been paid is something they look up rather than something they ask about. Amounts are formatted in the offer's own currency.
Each affiliate gets a personal referral link carrying their encrypted affiliate id. Affiliates who sign up through it are stamped as their referrals, and the referrer earns a commission calculated as a percentage of those affiliates' approved payouts. The commission is booked at most once per source, so nothing is ever credited twice. The portal lists who they referred and what each referral has earned them.
My Offers, postbacks, reports, and referrals are each switchable per tenant, so the portal can be narrowed to what your network actually wants affiliates doing themselves.
