One platform, end to end

Offer Capsule is the offer management system on the Lead Capsule platform. It runs the whole path an offer takes: you create it, affiliates promote it with tracked links, clicks are screened, conversions are recorded and held for review, postbacks go back out, and the money settles. Offers

  • Offer Types - CPL, CPA, CPC, RevShare and CPM, all through one tracker, one lifecycle and one set of reports.
  • Offer Setup - payout terms, dates, visibility, categories, hold windows, cloning, and an auto-generated advertiser integration spec.
  • Creatives - email, banner, text link, pop up, pop under and video, each with its own link so clicks attribute to the exact placement.
  • Network Offer Import - pull offers, creatives and categories from an external network with your own credentials; re-syncing updates in place and never duplicates.

Tracking

  • Geo Targeting - resolve the visitor country at click time and block traffic outside an offer's target set, logged with a reason.
  • Coupon Attribution - credit a conversion to an affiliate from a promo code when there is no click, for influencer and offline traffic.

Conversions

  • Conversion Tracking - record conversions by server-to-server postback, JavaScript or image pixel, CPL lead, or automatically on the click.
  • Conversion Lifecycle - Pending to Approved, Rejected or Reversed, with hold windows, frozen payout and revenue, review queues and recorded reasons.
  • Affiliate Postbacks - server-to-server notifications on recorded, approved and reversed conversions, with macros and a retry queue.
  • Caps and Trafficback - offer-wide and per-affiliate caps enforced at click time, with capped clicks redirected instead of dropped.

Protection

  • Fraud Protection - encrypted parameters, single-use nonces, and velocity, fan-out, bot, signature, geo and duplicate checks, with every block logged with an explicit reason you can show an affiliate.

Insight

  • Reporting - clicks, conversions, revenue, payout, margin, CR and EPC by offer, affiliate and sub id, with period-over-period comparison.
  • JSON API - pull the same statistics your portal shows into your own systems, scoped by per-entity keys.

Money and portals

  • Billing and Payouts - approval creates the revenue and payout legs, reversal voids both, prepay balances draw down, and CPM bills each completed thousand exactly once.
  • Affiliate Portal - what your affiliates get: offers and links, sub id reporting, their own postbacks, earnings, payments and referrals, scoped to them alone.
