Clicks, conversions, revenue, payout, margin, CR and EPC by offer, affiliate and sub id, with period over period comparison.
Everything the tracker records exists so you can answer three questions: what is my traffic doing, what is it worth, and which parts of it should I do more of. Offer Capsule ships a set of drill-down reports built directly on the click and conversion records, each filterable by date range, offer, affiliate, and conversion status, and each scoped automatically to whoever is looking at it. No exports into a spreadsheet to work out margin, and no reconciliation between what the tracker saw and what you got paid.
Clicks broken out by day, offer, and affiliate, with uniques alongside them counted by distinct address. The gap between the two is usually the first thing worth looking at: an affiliate whose clicks and uniques diverge sharply is sending something you want to understand before you pay for it. Blocked clicks are recorded with their reason too, so out-of-geo, capped, and screened traffic are all countable rather than absent.
Conversions by day, offer, affiliate, and lifecycle status, with revenue, payout, and margin on each row. Because the report groups by status, Pending, Approved, Rejected, and Reversed are separate lines rather than one blended figure - so approved revenue is a real number and not an optimistic one, and a rising Rejected count on one affiliate is visible as it happens rather than at month end. Revenue and payout are the amounts frozen on each conversion when it was recorded, and margin is the difference, which means the report reflects the terms in force at the time rather than today's.
The performance report collapses to offer by affiliate and carries the ratios you actually make decisions on: clicks, conversions, conversion rate, EPC as revenue per click, payout EPC as payout per click, and the revenue, payout, and margin behind them. Having both EPC figures on one row is what makes the margin conversation concrete - you can see what a placement earns the network and what it earns the affiliate side by side.
The same clicks, conversions, conversion rate, EPC, revenue, and payout, broken out by captured segment value instead of by offer or affiliate. This is the report that tells an affiliate which of their placements to kill, and tells you which of an affiliate's sources is carrying the rest. See sub id tracking.
Compare any date range against a prior one and get the delta and the percent change on clicks, conversions, revenue, payout, margin, conversion rate, and EPC. This is the difference between knowing a number and knowing whether it is moving, and it is what an advertiser review or an affiliate check-in actually needs.
Affiliates grouped by the month they signed up and tracked across the months that follow. Cohorts answer a question the daily reports cannot: are the affiliates you recruited in March still producing in September, and is this quarter's intake better or worse than last quarter's. That is a recruitment decision, not a traffic decision.
The same reports run in every portal, hard-scoped to the party viewing them. An affiliate sees only their own traffic, with payout as the money column and EPC as payout per click; network revenue and margin are never bound to a column in that portal, so they are not displayed and not exported. An advertiser sees only their own offers. An account manager sees only their own book. The scope is applied inside the query, not by a filter someone could change, which means another party's data cannot appear even when a filter is left wide open.
Conversions and leads recorded as tests are excluded from every report, so an advertiser can validate an integration in production without moving anyone's numbers.
Dashboard reports can be scheduled and emailed, so the people who need a daily number get it without logging in. The same figures are also available over the JSON API for pulling into your own systems.
